At Downeast, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Return Process

  Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the return.
